I would give zero stars if possible. The item took 10 days (ordered 16/02, shipped 17/02, multiple delays and finally arrived 26/02). When I took off the headphones and put them in my ear, I can only assume that we received instructions. in Chinese. The buds were uncomfortable and the resizing didn't help. I waited longer than I planned so I figured I could deal with not understanding what was being said unless management offered real help. But then only one side worked at a time even though both were paired and showed as connected to my phone. return of this item. Strongly recommend not to buy it at all, choose another product.
