If you like stimulants, you know how good they are. If you've never used them, you're missing out. They are triangular in shape (not round or flat like a toothpick) and are used to get dirt off your teeth better than dental floss can. They work best if you use them BEFORE flossing, then brush your teeth, and then use a fluoride rinse to get it over with. I use Sonicare, the world's best plaque remover. They perfectly remove food residues that are difficult to reach, remove stains well and perfectly stimulate the gums, hence the name. NOTE: THE FIRST TIMES YOU USE IT WILL NOT BE GOOD GOOD. That's because you probably don't have enough space between your teeth. After about a month, however, they are very easy to put on and take off. They make a narrower version, but I've been using them for so many years that the narrow ones don't even touch my teeth. Once you use them, you won't want to go without another day because your teeth won't be clean without them. Give them a chance; Initially, you may have bleeding gums because your gums are probably swollen or not in good shape. Stimulants perfectly correct this and help prevent gum disease. Now try THAT with just dental floss, Batman!
