Review on 📷 Hoodman H20D Flip Up LCD Cover - Perfect for Canon 10D and 20D Cameras by Jeff Leu

Let me start by saying that I have a soft version of this for my Canon G4 with a movable viewfinder and I LOVE it. I also have/love my laptop sleeve from this company. I was stunned to discover that this article was exactly the opposite - awful! Not because it doesn't obscure the display (which it does), but because, after looking at the display and deciding to take another shot, if you move again to look into the camera's viewfinder, You almost miss a sharp look / carbide curtain. Yes, in theory you should first close the shutter before looking through the viewfinder again (to avoid danger). but in the heat of the moment (especially when you're trying to catch a fast-moving object like a bird) I keep forgetting. I thought it was just a matter of memory training, but after the third time in as many minutes I realized it wasn't worth the risk - I was VERY lucky not to be seriously injured. I think I need a new Canon 60D with a movable viewfinder (finally!).
