I really like this brace. The best I've ever worn. I have a completely torn anterior cruciate ligament and I have 6 weeks until surgery. I had a lot of slips/hyperstretches so I needed a brace to help. The stability offered by this brace is exceptional, but the hinge is constantly scratching the inside of my opposite knee. I think that loops should be put around the perimeter. Aside from that great braces at a price I recommend. The sizing chart was accurate for me and I'm a small size, calf size is the most important part I think.
