Pros - Works very well with Nintendo Switch. Cons - Wrong gigabit, chipset not fast enough, maximum speed is around 550 Mbit/s. Switch speeds are around 100-120Mbps downstream and 80Mbps upstream, pretty decent and probably as fast as a Nintendo eShop. .But from the PC side, it is obvious that this AX88179 chipset is unreliable. With this UGreen (and another AX88179-based adapter) I've encountered about 550MB of throughput whether flow control or offload is on or off. I have a similar USB3 adapter that uses a Realtek RTL8153 chipset that gets 930/930 from my gigabit connection (which is very fast considering that bandwidth also has an overhead). For the AX88179 switch, this is an excellent solution (as I don't know). don't think Realtek chipsets are supported), but if you're getting a PC adapter and really looking for gigabit bandwidth, look elsewhere, for example an RTL8153-based adapter.
