After much searching (and a few returns of other stools) to find the right stool for comfort and looks, I tried them and am very glad I did have . In the past, I've bought stools primarily for their looks, and my family and I have never felt comfortable enough to sit on them for more than a few minutes, but now we eat at the counter occasionally. These chairs are great for entertaining as they are comfortable with a thick cushion and swivel so you can face each other during a conversation without having to get up and move the chair. An excellent buy for sure!
