It's a shame that so many of these stools were sent to customers damaged. Mine were fine and I thought they were great. They're heavy and strong for a wooden stool, have a nice wide seat that's very comfortable, and the hinge is smooth and works great. I knew every chair I have would be used and abused heavily and so far so good! They do their job and are very nice. I'm glad I chose them after a long search for the right ones.

The stool looks good but has a large slit in the upper part of one of the legs. Okay, things are happening, but when we swapped it out, it looked like there wouldn't be any other stools in that color any time soon. So now we have to box up this and the other stools we got, take it to UPS and ship it back and buy two more colors that we don't need. I understand this is a world first issue but I really wish I had the opportunity to speak to the seller about this so I can resolve the issue.

I liked these stools and left them because of return problems. They arrived well packaged and beautiful. Two of the stools had about 3 scratches on the metal/wood part. One was under the seat, side view, and the other was on a footrest with white lines about 3 inches long. Both are very noticeable. Bought 4 of these, 1 arrived cracked/cracked. Revain made the exchange easy. I kept them for 2 weeks and noticed how uncomfortable they are when sitting for more than a few minutes. My first review. In short, we have been trying to buy 4 of these for two months. After the first order of two arrived, we bought two more. Both were delivered defective with a cracked lower leg brace. Returned these and received two more that came the wrong height and one cracked as well. Both returned. These stools are very heavy. They rotate smoothly and make no noise. The color I ordered was a true navy blue. In fact, they are very comfortable.
