Work great - my new review

The blade seems like it could be a little sturdier, but after more than several dozens of oysters, iI have come to really like them and they are holding up well. The wood handles and finish are very nice.

Pros

Very well made. Pleasing to the eye and touch.

Cons

was using it and the tip broke off on both knife.
