That appeals to me, and I can't think of many other options available at this price point. With its positives being: Handy, it has 6 folders for recording, options for the recording quality, it is powered by 2 AAA batteries, and it has an integrated USB port for connecting to a computer. The sound quality is satisfactory when compared to a typical low-cost microphone; yet, because it does not degrade when used at a greater distance, it is suitable for recording a variety of events, including meetings, lectures, and other activities. Cons: There is no battery already installed, replacing the batteries results in the loss of both the date and the time, and replacement is something that is continually expected here. The quality of the overdubs that I record may be improved because there is some background noise.
