Wow, those are super nice pans. I bought these for our new caravan but ended up needing the pots in the new house we bought and wow they are fantastic. I will say there is a learning curve to using them. They heat up and stay hot for a long time, so we learn to cook at a lower temperature and watch the food more often. I bought them for a gas stove but the house has an electric stove so obviously they do a great job with that type of heating. Haven't used them in a trailer or on gas yet. Detachable handles make it easy to store in a tight trailer as well as in a drawer at home. I highly recommend these pans. Yes, and it's very easy to clean even burnt food and very sticky sauces.
