I have ordered TWICE. Both times I received them, they work perfectly in test mode and for the first 2 nights. After that they get darker and darker and now only burn for 2-3 hours after dark (over a two week period). I am very frustrated because I had to use a 12 foot ladder to hang it on my tree and I am a 5 foot 5 foot female. So it was a hassle to take them off the first time and when I got my replacement shoes I fell down the stairs trying to put the new ones on. All this time wasted. I've moved the solar panel several times thinking it might be a problem but still no luck. In addition, they are SUPER sensitive to other lights. I would have to turn off the light on my fence for them to even work. This happened even after the slab had been placed face down in the ground and a towel placed over it. If anyone reading this review knows of any 72 inch solar string lights or batteries that work I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know the brand and where to buy them. What I thought was a 10 minute project turned into 3 weeks, a broken ankle and a $100 medical bill. Next time I will buy the highest quality lamps and also pay someone to hang them for me.:. I hope others have better luck than me.
