This is not a reflection of the filter or the seller, but the fact that you almost have to disassemble the dashboard to replace the cabin filter is so poorly constructed. Look for replacement instruction videos and you'll see that it's a lot of work for a shop that charges you a lot of money. It's not a job that most can't devote about 30 minutes to, but it doesn't take much effort to access supplies. Simply put, you need to disassemble the passenger side instrument panel to remove the glove box to get to the cabin air filter box and replace the filter. But otherwise a decent filter at a good price.
