Review on ISOtunes Wired Earplug Headphones: Enhanced Features for Ultimate Protection and Premium Sound Quality by Teresa Thompson

I bought these headphones a week ago. I was very excited when I finally received the ISOtunes headphones. At first glance they looked great. Braided cable which is good because it gives strength to the wiring and doesn't break. Many different types and sizes of buds/plugs. (4 sizes of foam ear tips, 2 sizes of rubber end caps, and 2 sizes of other types of rubber end caps) I started with foam ear tips because they offer the best noise cancellation. I tried 3 different sizes (sm/md/lg) and went for the big one. after the first day of work (8 hour shift, traffic jam after 6 hours) my ears hurt from the traffic jam. Went to media on day 2 and they still hurt. The little ones were too small to offer good noise cancellation. Stuck on media. Day 3, pain again. It has something to do with the rigid tube that attaches to the earbud itself, it has a ridge/flange on the end of the earbud that digs into my ears. On the 4th day of use it was replaced with a rubber triple plug. MUCH BETTER! And then the plastic case of the earpiece broke :( I pulled it out of my ear when I felt the plug stuck in my ear. I gently pulled out the rubber plug and saw the damage. in the same place and it looks like it the same "chip". I am disappointed with the design and was hoping they would last long after seeing all the rave reviews and all the praise on Instagram in the welder community. I hope with the seller contact me so I can get a replacement.
