I originally gave this headset a 4 star rating, but I've since discovered an issue I've encountered that wasn't on the side of the headset. Because of this. I can now give this headset the 5 stars I was hoping for. Why 5 stars? The headset is very well made. It's sleek and stylish with a wide range of color options. The control buttons are also very well placed and I had no trouble operating them. The charging port accepted the charging cable with ease and the LED indicator was a big plus for me. He's small and squishy. However, it's still bright enough to see because it's so small and set back. It makes the light it emits not overwhelming when using the headset at night. The sound of this headset sounds fantastic. Its foldable design makes it easy to store away when not in use. Finally, an added plus was that it included an AUX cord if you wanted to use this headset with a non-Bluetooth device, and a felt pouch to hold the headset when not in use. When it came to the Bluetooth feature itself, it paired easily with my HTC 10 smartphone and Windows 10 laptop/tablet. That said it all. The only problem I had was using this headset with my computer. It's a combination of laptop and tablet. While the headset sound worked fine on my phone, it was severely interrupted on my computer. Turns out this was caused by my other Bluetooth devices that I use with my computer. I use a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard, and it was my Logitech keyboard that seemed to interfere with the headset when turned on, causing the audio to drop out harshly. This may be because both the headset and the keyboard use the same Bluetooth frequency. As soon as I turned off the keyboard, the audio on my computer worked fine. However, this can cause problems when I want to listen to music from my computer and use the keyboard for work. For this I will have to use the supplied AUX cable so that the sound does not suffer. When you watch movies or Netflix or use the computer in tablet mode without the keyboard turned on, the headset works fine. The only other issue to watch out for is using this headset while on a call. So far, every time I made a call using the headset, the person on the other end would tell me they could barely hear me. In all cases I had to turn off the headset and answer the call the traditional way - by bringing the phone to my ear. I think the only downside to this headset is using it while on a call. So here she is. Even though my Bluetooth keyboard is interfering with the headset and doesn't handle calls well, I still give this beauty 5 stars. If you're looking for a cheap Bluetooth headset, I highly recommend you try this one. The chances of you encountering the same problem as me are probably slim. Enjoy!
