Crappy chargers. You plug them into an outlet and they bend. As an electrician, the arc is never positive. When plugged into an outlet and after arcing occurs, the end of the plug that goes into your device heats up quickly. The device is supposed to be plugged in for fast charging, but using a hotspot drains the device i.e. cellphone when connected to the charger. The best way to use these chargers is to switch your device to airplane mode. Now it will be charged in time without heat build-up. crap again.
