I only give this device 4 stars because I only used it once. My home was a school. We turned it into a home 20 years ago. Our septic tank is huge. It is 20 feet by 20 feet and 30 feet deep. UPDATE BELOW. We finally cleaned our septic tank and this product did the job. Our rollout was for maintenance only and not because we had a problem. This product was able to drain our septic tank. When we bought this place years ago we had 8 inches of mud that they couldn't remove. I've been using this product for 18 months and originally rated it a 4. Now my rating is 10. Thank you.
