The original backplate screws were badly rusted.
I wanted to do it myself because the original screws holding the back panel were rusty and wouldn't come off. I ended up needing a service technician to install it. I only recommend if you are planning to do it yourself: 1) first turn off the electricity outdoors; and 2) Make sure you can loosen the screws that hold the back panel in place. By the way, the product works perfectly.
