Decent product for the money. I installed them on an F350 (2007) and an F250 (2004). Including wiring harness and 5 lights. Recommend following the instructions on other marker lights on youtube for measurements etc. You will need fasteners (stainless steel sheet metal screws or bolts), clear silicone, a step drill and electrical tape. Chafing the body of a truck. I also recommend checking the headlights before reassembling the interior (headliner, etc.). Bulb to harness connectors are polarity dependent, however the connector can be inserted either way. So if you're testing and one or more bulbs don't light, simply unplug the unlit bulb and flip the connector up 180 degrees to get the correct polarity. The fit is decent, but doesn't quite match the front-to-back curvature of the roof. You will see it in a picture. Barely noticeable. Overall good for the price.
