Here are my main issues with this chair: 1. The transition from mesh to foam at the front of the seat creates a terrible pressure point on both feet (even with the footrest). By far the biggest problem with this chair. I end up changing chairs during the day because it's very uncomfortable and causes numbness in my legs and feet. 2. The position of the lumbar support is too low on my back (and I'm only 5ft 4in tall). While you can adjust the support you need, you cannot adjust the height/position of the support. useless feature.3.The armrests are shaped in such a way that if you rotate your arms in any direction other than perfectly straight, the edges create a terrible pressure point. Makes the armrests unusable when using your arms/hands for typing or using a mouse.
