I gave 5 stars for the features but the product overall gave 4 stars, that's why. . This is a great headset for the money! I've had almost 6 months with no problems but 4 stars because I see 2 problems: 1. Be very careful when connecting the charging cable. I see where if you get stuck or pulled out you can disconnect the connection port for charging. The mic boom is hard plastic and just wobbles up and down so be careful I can see it breaking if dropped. The only other thing is that its distance is not the greatest, abs, adjustable head size, easy to push, easy to adjust. Soooo yes there are small things to consider but for the price compared to the big names this headset undoubtedly has great sound for the user and the person you are calling and when listening to music it has great sound quality!
