The mounting system design of the Honeywell 44419 is terrible. (1) The metal clips are too tight to easily insert the light strips. It's too easy to damage the light bars by trying to fit them into the retaining clips. The strips cannot simply be inserted into the clamps, but have to be levered off. (2) The tiny screws that attach the brackets to the bottom of the case are almost impossible to manipulate. They are too small to install without being dropped or lost. The design of the mount is poorly thought out and would need a complete overhaul. Remember how difficult it is to work upside down on the bottom of the cabinet near the front edge, as the instructions dictate. Customers who are not watchmakers or jewelers, and who may be elderly and have poor eyesight, trembling hands and necks that will not rotate into the position required to see the braces, will spend hours trying to find these strips to adjust. Back to the drawing board, Jasko! Here's an update. I have contacted Jasco and they seem to be a responsible seller. They offered to replace the flashlight I bought with a better (and easier to install) unit. They wanted me to be happy with their products. I did tell them though as I have already installed this light and despite the difficulty of the installation I am happy with the performance of the light and I wouldn't get anything from them for free. So my conclusion from this experience is that Jasco is a normal company and I would not hesitate to buy from them again if the product is designed to be easy enough to install.
