These Honeywell UltraPro LED lights come at a great price. They have a nice compact design and are well made. Installation was easy and the brackets and cables fit my setup well. The only complaint is that the mount's screws are so tiny, so be prepared to lose a few during the installation process. Also, the power cord is only about 5.5 feet long. Excellent light. I used 3M tape to stick them under the kitchen cabinets, it's a lot easier than screwing and attaching clips. My problem stems from the inability to get a longer connector cable for accessories. I have 3 lightbulbs on either side of the stove but needed a piece of wire to reach the bottom of the built in microwave to connect the lightbulbs. These are great for cabinet lighting, they make such a difference as you can see in the photo during the installation process. The light is the perfect temperature, not too warm and not too cold, and the lighting is perfect! They are bright maybe too bright and easy to install but I have a few questions: 1) They are really bright and need a dimmer, even an internal dimmer in the inverter box would help. 2) The inverter box is large and uncomfortable and difficult to hide. 3) Because they're so bright and focused, they also need a stripe channel or some sort of shade to block glare from someone sitting eye level under the bottom of the case. . It took a while to choose between the many different options because we don't have paneling along the base of our cabinets to hide the lights, so they had to be low. We were not disappointed. Most LED strips are simply glued on with built-in glue. They are different, they come with small metal mounting plates and screws. You screw the metal plates onto whatever you want to mount and then snap the strips into place. Pros: It is very easy to connect the sticks together, just insert the ends of one into the other. I've installed various other models under the cabinet lights, definitely a step above the rest. I've made Seagull which are the bill. I have the bloom and they are fine. With the equipment provided, they climbed easily. The screws can snap off the head when using a cordless screwdriver, but if you're careful and just turn very slowly I have no problem. The mounting system design of the Honeywell 44419 is terrible. (1) The metal clips are too tight to easily insert the light strips. It's too easy to damage the light bars by trying to fit them into the retaining clips. The strips cannot simply be inserted into the clamps, but have to be levered off. Love these lights! I was looking for something to spice up my office and they are easy to install and unobtrusive. I installed them on top of my doors, face up, so they give off indirect light.
