I've installed various other models under the cabinet lights, definitely a step above the rest. I've made Seagull which are the bill. I have the bloom and they are fine. With the equipment provided, they climbed easily. The screws can snap off the head when using a cordless screwdriver, but if you're careful and just turn very slowly I have no problem. They are sharp enough to be hand operated. The screws must be tightened firmly so that the lamp can be fixed in the bracket. For the price I bought an extra set in case they don't last as long as I hope. The soft white light perfectly highlights my almond counter/back splash. My situation required a slight modification to get the best results. I installed the power supply in the cabinet above the microwave. I cut the output wire and connect one of the included jumper wires which I cut to make it easier to get to either side of the middle case. Don't worry about a "special" wiring box, if you can handle the wiring you can use a $2 flat work box and a connector. As an LED I hope they last a long time but only time will tell.
