The only reason I ever use steering wheel covers is when the wheel has worn down in any way or plastic is damaged. like some of the old cars I've owned. I also only ever used one drawstring to make sure it never moves. I bought this for my VW Eurovan when the original cover started to fail. If you have ever mounted a bicycle tire, you can mount this cover. At first I was concerned that it didn't have laces to fasten it, but after a month of use it wasn't moving at all. It has a nice fit and is well made. You want to measure your wheel and buy accordingly. I would buy again.
