I'm hesitant to buy these as I'm not sure if they're fast enough to use but they're great. on them - in the range of 1.5-2 seconds. Therefore, they turn on almost immediately. I don't need a calorific value calculator and it almost put me off, but I found that they were all separate buttons and didn't get in the way of using them like a regular scale. They were last turned on, so you don't have to change the settings every time you turn them on. If you set them to measure in grams and leave them off, they will still be set to measure in grams the next time you turn them on. that saves a lot of time! The backlit LCD screen has a very high contrast ratio with large numbers. The display is very easy to read thanks to the light blue font on a dark blue background. I like that the entire top of the scale, including the touch buttons, is made entirely of tempered glass. This makes it very easy to keep it clean. They measure nothing under 5-6 grams - this is due to automatic energy saving. I didn't find my scale to fluctuate between measurements like in a review I read. The readings on my scale are stable and respond very quickly. Maybe there was a firmware change between the current model and the old one? I love her. I just hope neither I nor my wife drop them!
