I LOVE this leg lift pillow. No, this is NOT memory foam as many reviews also say, but for a leg lift pillow, YOU DON'T WANT MEMORY FOAM as it is TOO SOFT and will collapse under your feet! This pillow has optimal softness for comfort and firmness for support. Yes, it does look very deflated and flat when you first open it, but if you let it "inflate" for about 15-20 minutes (it helps remove, or at least open, the cloth cover), it will return to its full state. Size and appearance exactly as advertised. Basically, it turns your bed into one of those budget 'adjustable beds'. I bought this because I train a lot in bed with a "seat pillow" behind my head and back and after several months of using stacks of regular below knee pillows for lumbar and knee relief I decided to move into something better Invest , and that's exactly what I needed!
