My girls love this scratching post. They both knew exactly what to do when it fell on the floor, although we still bought those horrible boxes. I will NEVER use cardboard again! It's much better and they also like to relax. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the sisal material is already canceling out in the corners and I think we need to reinforce it somehow. So if your cats are very scratchy, you should take that into account. To be honest the frame is amazing and we'll probably try to find more sisal when it's all gone.
