The trolley is perfect for storing all my PC accessories next to my desk! At different tiers I have mice, controllers, cables, etc. I definitely recommend 4 tiers, not 3 tiers; You can make it shorter if you like. The cart was easy to assemble, no tools just bars stacked on shelves. It can wobble a bit on carpet, I haven't tested it on tiles. This is a perfectly reasonable stationary. The bars are made of metal and the shelves are made of plastic. Judging by the photos, the shelves are metal. Overall it's a bit pricey for the money given the plastic shelves, but if limited space is important to you then it's great!
