Protect your cabinets and clocks
I have an InstantPot Ultra and when I first released it the steam blew my atomic clock in the kitchen. I have this to keep the steam out of my closets and shift clocks. The first time I used it, I installed it on the vent and turned on the pot to pressure cook. Due to the extra weight, the vent leaked, which surprised me. Now I cook as usual, and when I'm ready to deflate, I (gently) turn on that vent and then hit the vent button. Works great every time, glad I got it. highlighted.
