I have to be amazed at the quality of these bags. Although they aren't heavy bags and don't have drawstrings, they feel strong and durable, which is one of the most important factors. as the size tends to lend itself to using kitchen scraps. I used it as a 12 gallon liner which is a bit oversized but seems to work better. I would call it a mix of kitchen and lawn use. A major benefit of using these bags is the fact that they are eco-friendly and I hope more companies make the switch to high quality compostable products like these.
