Purchased these trays to use at home for PD dialysis, where we have to use gauze wetted with sterilizing liquid. Thought these trays would be ideal, but noticed orange blobs on the clean wetted gauze after a few uses. Could not understand at first but then noticed the finish on the trays was getting small pits and rust was coming through. The orange blobs happened with both trays. This is supposed to be stainless steel, the quality must be extremely poor, so buyer beware, now your uses before buying. Extremely disappointed. In the description it says ideal for medical, dental equipment, but not if you intend cleaning the instruments with a sterilizing liquid on the tray, that is for sure.
