I've been using it for about 10 days now. it does amazing things. I lost an inch and a half from my waist. About the same in my stomach, it's almost flat. I still have the top muffin, but not as bad anymore. My inner thighs bumped into each other as I walked. I really hated it so I used it there too. I lost so much there recently that I could go without it. I read that in one of the reviews before I bought it. To use it in the shower (thanks for that), I apply shower gel all over my body, pull back the shower head and just start using it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight and get rid of cellulite. Now I'm training, so it's no wonder. I bike 5 km three times a week. I walk the dog for another mile. I lift weights and do Zumba. As for the pain, it's not as painful as I can describe the pain, it's kind of like breastfeeding a baby. Now I'm talking about part of it, it's painful but bearable. Good for those of you who haven't breastfed. Too bad there isn't a better description. This is definitely going on my Christmas list for my favorites.
