I bought this bag on July 6th 2020 and tonight the strap broke. That gave me enough for 9 months of intensive everyday use. For example, in addition to my daily items, I carry a filled hydro flask, a Bible, and a journal. Apparently it fits A LOT, but it's a large size, most people are shocked at how much I fit in it because it looks small. I'm crazy about backpacks. I usually need a new one every 6 months so this one DEFINITELY lasted longer than usual. This is a great backpack and of all the small black backpacks I've had this is definitely the best and I'll be repurchasing (today actually). Don't hesitate, you will like it.
