My interactions with this business were, unfortunately, very underwhelming, and as a result, I will not be recommending it to anyone else. To begin, the procedure for placing a purchase was convoluted and laborious. The user interface of the website was not friendly to customers, and it was difficult to find one's way through all of the available products and classifications. In addition, the process of checking out was unnecessarily complicated, and I ran into a number of technological errors that slowed down the completion of my purchase. Second, despite the fact that the business advertises both quick and dependable shipping, the shipment of my order was held up for several days beyond the date that was originally estimated for delivery. Because of this, I was put in a very awkward position because I had intended to make use of the products for an impending gathering. In conclusion, the products I ordered were of a lower standard than what I had anticipated receiving. The facial care products were of poor quality and did not produce the effects that were advertised. In addition, the quality of the packaging was poor, as evidenced by the arrival of several damaged and seeping products. In conclusion, my experience with BIOAQUA was not nearly as enjoyable as I had hoped it would be. A negative purchasing experience was had by the shopper as a result of the confusing ordering process, the delayed delivery, and the poor quality of the products. I would not suggest doing business with this organization to anyone else, and I will not be buying anything else from them in the future.
