I am a big supporter of Apple products. My wife's iPad is amazing and I've sworn by Apple's iPhone since I bought an iPhone 4 seven years ago, but I haven't made the switch when it comes to computers. Not for anything on Apple's behalf, but I've only ever used Windows computers, so I'm fairly familiar with them. Be that as it may, they're not known for their longevity when it comes to gear. I have an HP Pavilion 14-B109 and while it is a great computer that has served its purpose for the past 6 years I have changed 4 batteries and 6 chargers. However, this has served me well. I haven't had any charging issues and it charges faster without getting hot like previous chargers have. Their customer service department was more than willing to help with any issue, although I haven't experienced it, and I'm sure that level of care will continue after a few months. Overall this charger is the best bang for your buck and I highly recommend it!
