Not the worst taste but very difficult to mix
The taste is normal for a protein powder. But I have to use it for bariatric surgery and as part of the pre-operative requirements we have to replace one meal a day with a protein drink but we're not allowed to mix it with anything other than water. My problem with this is that no matter how much you mix or shake, this mixture will always get clumpy. I even put it in my Ninja blender but nothing gets rid of all the lumps. I tried warm water and that made it worse. So okay overall, the flavor isn't that bad, but it really doesn't blend well if you want to use it without turning it into a smoothie.
