I used to work as a dental hygienist. In dentistry, we use polished glass plates to mix dental materials. Glass is the perfect material for this. It's flat, smooth, non-stick, reusable and easy to clean. As you can see from my photos, I used it to mix two makeup colors. The central color is the result of the blending process. You can do this with foundation, blush, eye shadow or lipstick. This can be done with creams, gels or powders. Simply place some of each color on the sides of the glass top. Then use a small spatula or tool to blend the colors together in the center. Why waste makeup that's not the perfect shade when you can reformulate it into a useful product? This glass plate measures 4 x 5 x 5/16 inches. It's a good weight and very durable. The edges of the plate are finished and smooth on all four sides to prevent you from cutting yourself. After using the product, simply take a tissue to wipe away any excess product and wash it in the sink with some soap and water. Surely there is still other uses for such glass sheets apart from leather goods and cosmetic mixes. Maybe come up with your own use. I can warmly recommend one of them to all cosmetics lovers. 5 stars in my rating system!
