Don't need much! I have very thick hair but I only use a small amount to cover my whole head. I only wash my hair once a week so it takes me about 4 washes to see big changes. I had severe dandruff from working in a dry environment. Never had dandruff. Anyway, it helped a TON. My hair feels so straight and commercial.
