This is a really unique, fun and effective dress/hat/scarf hanger. I took two of them and hung them facing each other on opposite inner walls. It was easy to collect them. However, the anchors they come with are literally infamous. They're cheap, flimsy, and useless. I hope the manufacturer reads this and replaces those cheap, horrible anchors with ones that actually take a hammer hit without bending or breaking. You can get the best anchors and you'll be ready to go. They stay strong as long as you drill the right size holes. Installation tip to avoid going crazy with measurements: choose the position of this shelf and press the assembled product to the desired location on the wall, then fill in the holes for the brackets with a pencil and screw the brackets into position, then attach the hanger to the brackets.
