"Good Chinese" quality. It really allows me to mount a cell phone, GoPro camera, or small digital camera with a 1/4-20 threaded hole on the bottom, chest, back, or both. There are no instructions, but setting it up and using it is pretty obvious. I doubt I'll be using the rear view with my camera on my back to record the shame of people I pass, but I appreciate double the amount of mounts to replace broken or lost ones. I'm a fairly tall guy and the elastic straps could be adjusted so the chest strap fits properly even over a microfleece jacket. My only real complaint are the two large disc 1/4-20 camera mounts. Theoretically the mount is screwed into the camera until it stops, unscrewed until the mount is square with the camera so it mounts straight, then the washer is pressed against the bottom of the camera to secure the camera to the mount. . In practice, the camera will still rotate on the mount no matter how hard you press the disc against the camera. There is another 1/4-20 mount without a washer, and when the knurled head is screwed in by hand, it holds the camera. I will use this mount. If it gets lost or broken, I put a rubber washer on one of the disc mounts so it's at right angles to the camera when tightened.
