I drink coffee in buckets, especially I like buckets from takeaway coffee shops. Caramelized, nutty and biscuit notes of capsule coffee - as for me - all "one face". Others may feel different from instant, but it also differs from the one you order in a cafe. Perhaps the matter is in syrups and milk, which are absent in my preparation. Recently I began to add cream and the coffee softened a little, well, you always have the opportunity to dilute the astringency at the cooking stage, just after the "Lungo" button, press "Espresso" and you're done, but I did it once and that was enough to understand that I don't want to drink water. Just "Lungo" is enough.
