Relieves pain but glue irritates
I have used it for hip pain and it has helped a lot. Sticks well, even through hot yoga and showers. Unlike other tapes I've used, this one wears badly and the tape and adhesive are very difficult to remove. I had to stop using it because the adhesive irritated my skin to the point where it was red and sore for a day or two after removing it.
