Good quality for the price

I have 3 Sunba PTZ cameras, 305-D4X, 405-D20X and this camera is 601-D25X. Good Points: * Has 360 degree rotatable PTZ with 25x high magnification * Supports Good Night Vision - stays in color mode longer than any of my other cameras - has a starlight feature * Supports a wide range of 3rd party software, but with some Limitations depending on configuration.* Video stream is bright, crisp and clear * Provides two streams of high and lower resolution for mobile viewing * Supports Android and IOS apps for viewing and configuration * DHCP is now the default setting, making it easier to configure instead of configuring hard-coded IP addresses You installed the latest Windows 10 update - mine stopped working after that.** If you use a phone app, maybe this isn't a problem for you * No online manual for yet this model * Some network services such as NTP service (time) are not saved - the IP address is constantly reset to the local IP. Other annoying factors: There is no way to adjust the saturation and color - you can use the web interface, but after closing it it will be reset to the default values. The default video stream looks a bit oversaturated.* The video stream looks too sharp and cannot be adjusted. I use my Sunba cameras with Synology Surveillance Station. Everything works well enough for home use. Currently, Synology does not have a direct match for this camera, so you will most likely need to set up the camera with (ONVIF), which will limit you to H264 or MJPEG when using Synology. Video image quality: high definition (1080P), clear, clear, sharp video stream. However, Synology shows a higher resolution above 1080 (1920 x 1080) option for (2048 x 1536). Some third party applications support H265 but not Synology Surveillance Station. Build Quality: Mostly metal where needed, sturdy looking and good looking stainless steel with no rust to attach the camera to the base. Final Thoughts: A very good IP camera for the price, a little big and heavy. My only real complaint is that the web interface is outdated and you have to use Internet Explorer with a plugin. For smartphone users, this may not be a problem.
