I tried it thinking it would be close to fresh cotton but I was wrong. The scent is more reminiscent of a dusty laundry mat. It's actually not such a bad smell that you'll sneeze yourself to death, but I don't recommend this product for people with sensitive smells, especially those with pets. My dogs sneeze all the time so this is not pet friendly. (I've been using pet-friendly essential oils for a year and it's nice to know my pets aren't fans of this oil. They're fine so don't worry! Just wanted to mention it in case.) was great. It's packed in a fancy box, so it's definitely safe packaging. No damage at all. It also came with an eyedropper, which is very handy. I don't know what happened to fresh cotton because I tried to buy it, but every time I try to view the page it says it's not available; There's a page fault, which is a shame because I love that fresh cotton scent. What I don't like about this is that I can't find a way to speak to the seller or the company about the fresh cotton scent I was trying to buy, so I don't find the customer service helpful.
