My autistic 4 year old is obsessed with screwing and unscrewing things and removing/replacing the batteries (even if whatever it is doesn't need new batteries.). I bought this little bolts and screws set for two reasons. One, to hopefully channel some of his natural desire to take things apart and put them back together into something more appropriate and two, as a QUIET activity that we could easily take to church and keep his hands busy there.This arrived in time and well packaged. I love that they come with a draw string bag. That has been most handy! The bolts and nuts are made well and are nice and big, easy for little hands to manipulate. I could see these being fun for even younger ones to chew on (even though they're hard plastic) as they are far too big to be a choking hazard. I think it's great that in addition to being color matches that each had a corresponding shape as well. The only thing I wish were different is that there be more of them since my son gets them all done so quickly!
