Wow, very cool unit! It took 1.5 hours for two pots for 7l and 9l of sauerkraut! Rubs and shreds just fine! Based on the reviews about "carrots all over the kitchen," I put the grater closer to the edge and substituted a regular plastic bag and everything is ok. It practically does not heat up, only by the end of the second hour it was warm. Large pieces of cabbage that were not shredded the first time were perfectly cleaned with the next piece. Finally, it turned out to be cabbage without a bunch of chewy stalks. It is very easy to clean, only the knives are very sharp, you need to be careful. The only thing is that the plastic is stained after carrots and is not washed off, but this is purely aesthetics.
