It works as long as you know what you're doing.

First off, let me say that due to user error, I almost rejected this item or returned nothing. Until I followed the instructions and also some "how to make videos" then voila, after 2 hours of thorough cleaning it was finally clear. More patience is required depending on how clogged your printer is, squeezing the syringe hard will not help. Hope that helps.
