Stops working very quickly!

In general, the quality is good, but I do not recommend buying electronics from this company because of the lack of support! The earbuds stopped working after very few uses (on the one hand) and I can't find a way to contact them! This is clearly a manufacturing issue as I take VERY care of all my devices! I used to love this brand, now I'm very disappointed!
