The best part of this program is that it has so many features to help us with our marketing goals for any business we are working in! There isn't anything I dislike about multi level loyality at all because everything works great!! If there was something else i would like added but didn;t mind then maybe an app could be made using their API or other ways they can provide data if needed? We use multilevel as well as email campaigns plus mobile apps (iOS/Android).
