Turns off too quickly without extending the standby time. Difficult to turn on with one hand - on my model the battery connector opened up. I was still relatively happy with it until it started glitching. I jotted down a few quick notes, but then realized none of them were saved. I could not play them or save a new entry in this folder. Switching to a different folder worked, but I've encountered a few other crashes where I had to take out the batteries to get it working again. Formatting the device didn't help, so I suspect it's a flash memory defect.
